CLAYFACE - NICHTS IST IN ORDNUNG LP

The waiting paid off! Eight years after their debut EP (the real!) CLAYFACE finally present their follow-up: 13 times „Nichts ist in Ordnung“ („Nothing is alright“) perfectly gets straight to the heart of today's fuckedupness and the feeling of impending doom.

This is highly energetic and pissed off hardcore punk, musically and lyrically once more on a trip from NUE by way of PDX and TYO towards CGN. With the handbrake off and the pedal sometimes to the metal, the current songs sound powerful, catchy and nuanced. Driving drums, thundering bass, hauntingly beautiful guitars, pissed off vocals, everything's to the point. You can tell from the album that all the individual protagonists have been active in the scene for a while. Classically modern hardcore punk that doesn't need to shy away from comparison to other (Nuremberg) bands.
